The Massey University College of Creative Arts (CoCA) approached Foundry to create a cohesive visual identity bringing together all programmes and events that were historically competing for attention. Our response was to align all CoCA communications with their newly updated website which centred around a modular grid design and square tile device. The new visual identity celebrates student work, creative thinking, processes, and the environments that underpin the art, design, music and creative media production programmes. Proudly showcasing student work, the flexible and modular system allows each communication to be tailored to specific audiences and purposes while maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the College.
The colours combine the core Massey brand colours (blue and gold) with a collection of brighter supporting colours to help bring the communications to life. We designed a new prospectus to promote the art and design programmes as well as key brochures to help launch the new degree offerings in Commercial Music and Creative Media Production.
